Architect Intelligence Product
In 2016, I found myself at the crossroads of technology and business, working as a Product Innovation Officer at The Star Media. My role was to build and online adaptive-streaming tech and AI agentic-based publishing systems, much like the ones envisioned in sci-fi film and ecosystem of sentient agents designed to adapt dynamically to numerous variables. However, as I observed these systems, a fundamental question lingered in my mind: could we achieve human-like thinking in near future.
My continuous reflection led me to an epiphany, every system built is merely a reflection of the communication structures within an organization. This realization was best encapsulated by Conway's Law: "Organizations which design systems are constrained to produce designs which are copies of the communication structures of these organizations." This principle would go on to shape my next decade, where I would develop transformative innovations that reshaped industries and solved problems deemed insurmountable.
